No more classes this semester!!!!!! Ecstatic? Yes!
Sadly, I have 4 papers to write within the next week and an exam on the 10th. I'm going to Yale this weekend, so I probably won't get anything done over the weekend. Next week is not going to be a fun time.
For real, my back and shoulders hurt really bad. I need to take up yoga or something to take care of this.
In one of my classes today, we went to the museum and had a special exhibition put up for us. Discussing and analyzing the pieces made me really happy. I really enjoy talking about art with insightful people who have an interest in the subject matter. It makes me want to go to the Knox when I get back home. Who wants to go with me on the 14th and chit-chat about art over a cup of tea afterward?
Today was a perfect fall day. Perfect weather for a scarf and a hat and not cold enough for a parka. The wind was blowing the leaves around the quad and the sun peeked its happy head out from behind the clouds intermittently. I couldn't help but think about that story of Winnie the Pooh and his blustery day adventure. Today was just a really beautiful blustery day.
