Well, I suppose I'm back in the swing of things here in Boston.

Working at The Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Department of Telecommunications and Energy's Consumer Division (CMDTECD for short) has been... eh. I feel like every office humor item (from Dilbert to Office Space) suddenly has new meaning. On Friday, I recieved the Mass. State equivilant to TPS Reports. Joy. But I stick it to the man by spending my time making maps of the office on Mircosoft Publisher, and exsperimenting with the liquid nitrogen in the air spray guns.

Then on friday, I chilled over at Dene's place, and had a pretty sweet time. Her roommates and their friends are pretty chill, and there were some serious shot (and staring) contests. You have not seen smack talk until you get into a 1/2 hour staring contest with me when I've had half a dozen shots. "Epic" was the word most people were using to describe it, though I thought "boring" was more appropriate. Still, you can't back down from a challenge like that. Anyway, it was a good time, and there were some (maybe especially one) cool girl(s) there, so I had a good time.

Then today I went to a Watermellon Festival. Also very sweet. Free watermellon, and ice cream, and Nantucket Nectars, and organic death bars. I guess the "Life is Good" company decided to hold a big party in the Boston Commons, so as to reaffirm their company motto. I also got to wade along in the Frog Pond which had transformed from a skating rink to a 8" deep swimming pool. Anyway, I enjoyed myself.

I still don't have a roommate, so that's pretty awesome. Who wants to stop by? Lemme know, my weekends are starting to get booked. Peace!

ps: WORLD CUP FINALS TOMMOROW!
