No Heat
The apt has been extremely cold as of late. Alix called the clubhouse on Thursday and asked them to come take a look. As of this morning we had still seen no one. I called again today when checking the mail and found a note from management asking us to keep our thermostats at 70 degrees during these really cold days to avoid frozen pipes. I called again today and notified them that we would be happy to comply if they would fix the heat. I got the house up to 60 yesterday by doing laundry and baking. I have run out of laundry to do. She said she would send someone right over. 3 hours later the maintenance guy came over and managed to blow out the pilot light on the water heater while "fixing" the heat. He left with what he thinks will fix the problem and said it will take a couple of hours to heat the place up again. Now I can't even take a shower due to the water heater issue. ARGH. MY TOES ARE COLD DAMN IT!
