So, yesterday, Dave & I celebrated our 1 year anniversary together. :) Nothing too special, I just made dinner. He brought me flowers (pictures to be posted later whenever I decide to upload them), even tho we had agreed not to give each other anything. <3 It was amusing, cuz we were both tired after dinner, so we ended up falling asleep around 10:30pm....& slept until 10:00am. Hahahahhaha.
Today, we had an online chat about some stuff that had kinda been bugging me for awhile. I wish we could have talked about it in person, but it was still ok, in my opinion. I feel like I understand him a little better. It was a touchy subject for him. The subject was bugging me tho, cuz I love him so much & I want to know all about him, it hurts sometimes when I realize that there's stuff that I just don't know about him...but everything comes with time & I'm willing to just let stuff take its course (within a reasonable limit of course, haha).
I'm always reminded that relationships are an ongoing process of give & take & learning new things...which is how its supposed to be & its good to roll & flow with it, taking the bumps with the good.
Dave & I are becoming more focused on getting a place picked out for next year. He wants to have a decision made by Feb. 1. We both really like the lofts at Prudden Place, but they are a tad pricey, so we're not 100% sure yet. Still looking at our options. Even though moving in together is kind of a scary thought at times, its also exciting & I can't wait. :)
