When his time comes, if it hasn't already, I humbly suggest that the inventor of clamshell packaging be placed in the most beautiful place in the world. There should be a table sagging with the weight of his favorite foods. Everything he's ever wanted should be there. All the toys his parents denied him as a child, all the cars and houses and fancy things he ever wanted to own but didn't, tickets for all the vacations he never took. All the women he's ever wanted to sleep with should be there, naked. And he should be encased in a box made of clamshell packaging without a pair of scissors.
