Stuck in America
Today is the last day I can leave the country, as long as I can also get back in again before midnight. My passport expires today, and for the first time since I was seven I will join the approximately 62% of Americans who do not have one. This vaguely distresses me, but not enough to shell out the 75 bucks it takes to get it renewed when I'm not planning on going anywhere. Still, I'm stuck, trapped within the confines of the US of A. I can't even go to Mexico or Canada anymore. On the other hand, considering that I'm not even leaving my apartment today perhaps it's not such a problem.
