Remember when Ollie-Ollie-Oxen free meant something?
Remember when getting high meant swinging at the playground?
Remember when the worst thing you could get from boys was cooties?
Remember when dad was your hero, and mom was the girl you were going to marry?
Remember when your worst enemies were your siblings?
Race issues were who ran the fastest, and war was a card game
Running to the living room and down the porch before your baby sister was a huge feat
Life was simple, and care free... But what I remember most was wanting to grow up.

Lately things have been rather boring. the weather has been beautiful which i love. last night it poured though but it was nice, because it kinda reflected how i was feeling at the moment. I guess i can tell how hes not ready to face me yet, which proves everything that i said to him right. which means that i know he thought about it and hes scared of the answers... :-\ i just dont get why guys try to forget one problem and then go and make another one that they end up regreting. so stupid. but he coulda had the decency to call. meh... *shrug* i guess this is all his own loss though. if he wants ass over class, he can go for it.
Nick is leaving today for florida. lol. lucky kid. but he wont be gone tooooo long. but long enough. lol. talked to katie today too. im glad to hear shes okay. drama with friends continues. nicely snapped today on someone (lol yes. nicely snapped zak). i wanna do something with steph today but she has a game which is cool i guess. i went to the mall with teresa. it was so funny

*as we both stare up at the top of the display*. gotta love shortness. lol
then talked to him. when i need him the most he bails. he always put friends before things such as homework. says he'll call me back.. so i guess we'll just have to see. especially in a moment like this :-\
