Summary: The Tenth Division needs cheering up because Matsumoto says so. Now if only she had the perfect scapegoat. Oh, wait.
Matsumoto Rangiku had a plan. It wasn't a particularly well thought-out plan nor was it an elaborate, complicated scheme. But she had it, and she wasn't about to ignore it. Free sake and an excuse to slack called out to her like a couple of overenthusiastic sirens, and she had never been one to deny such pleasures when she could. But that wasn't the plan. The plan was currently holed up in the Tenth Division offices. And so without further ado, the Tenth Division lieutenant barged into the working area of one Okada Rai, a brilliant smile gracing her lips.
"Surprise progress report! How's it going, Okada?" Her tone was upbeat, her expression as happy as could be. Clearly she was up to no good.
