today was crazy.
i woke up and litterly thought my heart was going to stop beating.
i felt horrible
i then slept until 10 got up and drove to panera, jipped a class, but studied and took notes on it at panera bread on free sample day.
i knew it was sample day.
i wanted to smell it, watch who took it, be around it.
but not induldge.
