today was a good day.
worked out a ton.
burned about a thousand calories in that.
didnt binge.
got super close..i chewed and spit it out. so wasteful.
i need to get on here and write something in depth.
but now i am too too exhausted.
talking to cody..getting frustrated with him.
blah blah.

i binged and purged today. 
twice.
purged two more times
after that. tried to work out and projectile vomited on the eliptical.
 walked 2 hours.

bought a vanilla cigar. rolled a blunt. took some xanex and addrol.
chilling out drinking powerade zero
i can hear the grass grow.
my throat achs from puking, and burns from the smoke.
smoke. mmm.
