Chickpea Korma this evening for a friend and I. It was amazing! I used fresh cooked chickpeas so i used one cup and a half. i also used just a little less oil and light version of the coconut milk but it's a must try for lovers of indian cuisine! I also made a side of basmati rice. While the water came to a boil i added a pinch of turmeric. After it was done cooking i folded in some green peas and let it steam itself off heat for 10 minutes. The rice was a wonderful yellow hue.
