I have 2 jars of pickled nopalitos (cactus) that my mother gave me, and I don't quite know what to do with them. All I DO know is that since they are pickled and I am a vegan trying to practice a low fat diet, that I will throughly rinse them before using, because it would seem wasteful not to use them. Besides, cactus is good! Any not too fancy tips??
