[Phoenix has his blue companion's capsule clenched in his hand, giving it a look that's a mix of fear and worry.] He hates it in there. Lady won't come out, either. Or Charley. Kay, is Pidge alright? [He figures she's probably affected, too, but...it can't hurt to ask.]
This music...it's Lavender Town's theme, but...it's definitely not normal. And everything looks like it does in the actual Pokemon games. Back at home, I mean. W-we're not all going to turn into pixels, are we?
I--does anyone know what's going on? This place can't actually be glitching, can it?
[Because, then, what happens if the place fails entirely? He is NOT going to voice that thought out loud, though.
He tucks Butch's Pokeball away, putting on his thinking face.]

[--suddenly, he frowns. That last word came with a touch of static. Presumably, something's looking weird on Phoenix's end, too, because he taps the screen a bit, furrowing his brow.] What's--
[Another touch of static, then--]
FZZZZZZKKRRRTTTTTTFZZZZZZKT--
[The screen flickers to gray, with an occasional dash of static here and there, before cutting off completely.]
[After about twenty minutes or so, there's finally a response on Phoenix's end.]
I just got attacked by a giant box of STATIC
Butch finally came out, but he would only attack the box, and he was all pixels
the box got away, though. It looked a bit familar, but I don't think it was an actual Pokemon
