Hola Mundo

Work was a bit of a drag - I was meant to get females between the age of 25-34 that listened to Classic Hits - in the 4 hours I was there, I got a couple, but none that wanted to be panelled for music rating - so that was a bit of a downer, but the supervisors were sweet as about it. Had Subway for dinner (yeah, early as I know), chicken fillet one with a macadamia cookie....feel nice and full now. Gilmore Girls is on in 10 mins, so will be watching that, and finish watching The Mask of Zorro we began watching last night.

I began to like this guy, we were going to meet up and everything, but last night via the net (yeah, AIM, I don't have MSN anymore) he made a semi-racist comment, which makes me think even twice about anything. He referred to a group in a derogatory way, and then insulted the way they spoke. I just went blank. Why are people like that? I can't stand racism in anyway out there, I work in a multi-cultural group at work, and love 'em all to bits. So yeah, that is my grudge of the day.

The winners of the $18 million Lotto superdraw were announced. A couple from Auckland, ah well.

Lesley and I were talking about what we would do, and who we would tell if we ever won, such a tough question....and the whole idea of 'fairness'. I reckoned I would definitely skip the country. Go live in a place where nobody knows your name, lol...but then I would want to give half to my parents, but they would just end up giving the majority away, they are just like that. Others before themselves. But you never know, one day might happen. But till then, I am secure financially. I manage quite well for myself. Happy in most areas in my life most of the time. Thinking of heading up north this Queens birthday weekend - weekend, and Monday.....hang out with the family, plus a friend has been hanging out to see me - we used to be in a course together, and she wants to go to the pub and stay at her place and hang out like old times. Will have to consider that. We used to go to quiz nights together, and get the majority of the answers wrong, lol. Her me, and this other lady used to hang out together, drinks are cheap at the Dargaville pub, and just laugh it up to karaoke or something else. This would have been the days I lived out at the bach with Lacey, and the guys were skant, who needed them anyway, us gals stuck together. Plus other weekends I would visit Lisa in Whangas a lot, but then she found her man, and I eased off bugging them too much. So yeah, all good. Gotta go now, muaaahh to Kates, who I have just been talking to.
