venturing out on foot
I've had a frustrating couple of days with Amazon. Apparently my package was somewhat damaged yesterday and the driver returned to the processing place. It was supposed to be delivered (delayed) today, but when I check the website the details are 1) being process, 2) being processed, 3) out for delivery, 4) being processed (the last one at 12:45). Sigh.
This morning I walked from my lot down the alley - an expedition for coffee at SJs! I did it mostly to see if I could. Once I get to the alley it's level, you see, I went down the sidewalk it's..well, a slope. Actually at the mouth of the alley I had to up a slope for about 10 feet (and back down again later), so I had some practice walking with my cane on a slope. At the alley mouth, well, that makes it easier (level) to get to the library - or JC's, for that matter.
Can I really say "mouth" of an alley? I think so... and no matter what, I'm saying it!
I keep saying how tired I am, but really, when you have discomfort anywhere in your body it takes it out of you.
