still waiting (evening edition)
This is getting frustrating -- it looked like my Amazon package would be delivered by 5 o'clock, but the tracking map has the driver 'stuck' about a mile and a half away, with 'a few more deliveries' before it gets to my place. And so it goes.
There were food *trucks in front of my building. :-) I was out front briefly, and the temp wasn't too bad. Maybe I should go for another walk?
The heat will come back this week! Temps maybe has high as 98F/36.6C some days - so I'll go back to doing stairs walks in my building. If it gets up into the 80s I try to take my walk before 9:30 or so.
*ETA I went to SJs for coffee this morning by walking down the alley!
ETA 7:30 - "You had quite a hectic thing here today! I had 14 (deliveries) and I said, no way I'm going to even try! I'll just get them delivered by the end of the day."
