Backyard Bobcat

As in, a bobcat wandering through my backyard for a relaxing evening of eyeing what few squirrels I have. Or rather, what few squirrels I have left. A few weeks back I noticed how very many squirrels I had. Recently, it occurred to me that I haven't seen that many squirrels in a while - just a couple of the critters instead of double handfuls. I

The cat was *beautiful* but you can bet that I kept an eye on my kitties, who were keeping an eye on it BUT not upset by it.

I kind of want to pet him, except I think he'd eat my head. Whee! I live in the (small) city, so we don't get much besides the occasional lost grizzly. This is so exciting!
