Play practice is ridiculous.
I have a midterm next week that I will probably fail.
I have a lot of homework to do today, but I'm taking a break since I've been going for a few hours straight.

This week I developed my first roll of color film! It was really scary and confusing because neither of us knew what we were doing and chemicals were labeled incorrectly and someone had used the last of something important. I have no idea how, but the pictures came out. It was just a roll that was in the camera when I got it last semester, so its my brothers old showcase stuff. I'm not sure yet. But its exciting!
I still have no idea what I want to do my showcase on. Censorship is annoying and makes it so I can't do anything I've though of so far. Grrr.

I actually finished up on time at work this week. Weird!

Friday I got checked out early. The plan was I'd get checked out, do homework while my mom got a manicure and pedicure at Jazmin Spa, eat lunch, go across the street to my dentist appointment then come home. As soon as we walked into the place they asked what I wanted done. My mom said she didn't care, so I got a $15 manicure. I'd never gotten a manicure without fake nails before. It was awesome! They massage your hands with lotion that smells like cake, put your hand in heat wraps, do a scrub thing, massage your forearms. Then they do your nails. I think I've decided I like having my nails done. They're shiny and pink and pretty. While we were there this woman came in with a little boy and a baby in a carrier crib thing. She paid them to cut and buff her nails, which I think is really silly. Her little boy had to go to the bathroom and on her way out with toddler in one hand and baby in the other she fell over onto my moms pedicure lady. Whaaat. Then I ate lunch and went to the dentist as planned. No cavities yet, but pre-cavity stains that do not require seals yet. More importantly, I got a new tooth brush!

I came home, took a very brief nap and got all gussied up for David. Poor David got sick again, but I healed him with my magical powers. We went to dinner at Feast and I went by the clinic to say hi to everyone. Stephanie yelled "come look you guys, Allison looks like a girl!" It was the second time ever any of them have seen me in something other than scrubs. Dinner was fantastic. Wonderful appetizers, pretty good dinner and amazing dessert. I didn't know that Jud's dad works there. Mike and Patty Denson were there for dinner, and its always nice to see them. For dessert we shared a sample platter thingy with tiramisu, kahlua chocolate cake, peanut butter mousse something and vanilla bean creme brulée with raspberry sauce and a birthday candle! Mmmmmmm. Mmmmm. From there David, my mom, my dad, my brother, Anya and I went to The Fox to see Spamalot. It was really great. The first half of the show was a little hard for us to hear, but they fixed it during intermission. If you get a chance to see it, do.

David left Saturday afternoon. I made him play DDR while he was here, and he did pretty well despite what he thinks. Friday night we watched some of the most quotable episodes of South Park. I'd never seen the you got served one (f'd in the a?) and David hadn't seen Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld one. Good stuff. My weekend has consisted of: sleep, WoW and homework since then. Except for the homework, its been pretty great. Now I just have to decide what I want to do on my actual birthday and finish up a lot a lot a lot of work. I have plenty to be happy about, despite school. I get to start planting my vegetable garden soon. I'm going to grow bell peppers, green beans, tomatoes, jalapenos, hot banana peppers, eggplant, celery... I think thats about it. I get to buy porn soon. I'm half way done with this semester. Murder Mystery is almost over. Theres more, but I'm going to go finish some homework now. Being responsible is overrated.
