I thought Jamie released him in a pact with Cersei and that Tyrion would be killed as soon as he tried to escape. Now I think he and Cersei released Tyrion because he knew Tyrion would find Tywin and kill him and Shae.

Jaime and Cersei did the big makeout scene before Tyrion's escape and I didn't even pick up on that notion that they were in collusion about Tyrion's escape. Cersei seems so intent on killing Tyrion, one way or another. But that last scene with Cersei and Tywin when she was so gleeful and sure that she wouldn't marry Loras and she told Pops about the Twin Shagging and the Double Lannister Grandkids, she did seem to have something up her long and very full sleeves didn't she? Hmmm...maybe she did know all about the Great Escape of Tyrion. It was the first time that she dared to go against her Father. She has always been so afraid and dominated by him.

I'll miss Tywin. He got control of the Iron Throne, but it didn't do him any good. No Gold, No Glory (he and Elvis died on the Pot), and No Great Legacy to Continue. He is just another ruler who falls and the ones left to pick up the pieces, Jaime and Cersei, are not the Best or the Brightest of the Lannisters or of any of the ones left. Little Finger can stick his fingers in that Pie.

He’s going to create a Monster Mountain.

We gotta replace Mags the Giant who died at the Wall. The White Walkers aren't the only ones who have to start recruiting for Winter these days.

The skeleton zombies were a tribute to Harryhausen. Did you ever see Jason and the Argonauts? Some Skeleton Zombies but on the beach instead of the snow. Loved them too.

I think that the Hound is gone. Arya learned all his selfish and killing lessons too well. She took the gold that he stole from the people that he killed and she is off across the sea. I don't think that she would have left him to his miserable death if she weren't sure that he was going to die. He was amusing to watch, but he was an ass.

She gets around so Jon should worry about another kind of burning …in his smallclothes.

Snicker.

White Walkers and Skeleton Zombies and Cannibals and Fryin' Fairies aren't enough for the Black Watch. Now they have Winter STDs to defend against. But aren't the Black Watch supposed to be Chaste? AS Chaste as Jon Snow...oh yeah.

I wonder what that look is. She wanted Renly because of his magic blood but why would she want Jon? I don’t think the Starks were on her list (when she was throwing the leeches in the flames).

AS I recall, the Red Witch did name Robb Stark, the Cutest King in All the Known Lands and the Many Seas, as one of the Dead Kings that she was putting the Kibosh on. She must like Jon Snow's Pout and his Fiery disposition. Or his hair or his furs. Who knows? She is a strange one.

Found the Honest Trailer for Game of Thrones:

You're Right!

Those dragons did melt the chains in that House of the Skinny Guys! And when Danys got her Army of the Unsullied!!

Will the Dragons break free of their chains? I have Hope! Kermit will streak his wings pink and baby blue and bring home a Komodo Dragon as his Lover. Sovieteva will spending her time shrieking about how much she hates her Mother. And how Danys is ruining her life. And Danys is ruining her life.

Rickon Stark, the Stephen Baldwin of the Stark children. One day he will come into his own. As soon as he learns to stop eating paste.

Well Rickon will never go hungry.

Too bad that Danys didn't Wrassle your Boyfriend Jorah! He had his tights all ready and waiting for her Invite.

He’s built for some nekkid wrassl’in but noooo she wants fake!Daario.

It can't be a coincidence that both Bran and Danys saw the Iron Throne room destroyed and gutted and the Iron Throne empty in their visions. The monarchy will be destroyed. Or should be.

I hope that’s how it’ll turn out. When Mance admitted that they were actually seeking sanctuary behind the wall I knew that signaled a change. The White Walkers is a force that will make everyone throw aside their differences and unite to defeat. And with everyone working towards one goal they will need equality. And it would be poetic that the people to help reunite the kingdom would be the descendants of the most influential people of Westeros. Dany’s ancestor united the seven kingdoms into one and Bran was named after Brandon the Builder who helped create The Wall and Winterfell. While Jon is the personification of the two houses as well as healthy hair.

Tywin was Worthy of the Great Lionel Luthor, wasn't he?

Lionel would bend the knee to that man. Tywin was so vicious and cutting and he did it all without raising his voice or hand. Charles Dance was superb.

According to those videos on UTube that you recommended in your last post, Tywin was the Hand of the last Targaryean King wasn't he? He picked up a few pointers from that Mad King.

He learned how to be cruel but a sane cruel.

Hmmm...maybe she did know all about the Great Escape of Tyrion. It was the first time that she dared to go against her Father. She has always been so afraid and dominated by him.

Now that I think about it, Jamie may have done that bit on his own because you’re right, Cersei’s been intent on killing Tyrion. I don’t think there’s any forgiveness in her for him. I guess Jamie figured if Cersei could openly defy his father than he could too. In for a penny, in for a pound line of thinking.

Seriously. All his talk of legacy and what can he show for it? Even with Tommen as king I don’t think Tywin would be more of a guiding force than Margaery. And the Lannisters are broke. Tywin kept up appearances well.

The skeleton zombies were a tribute to Harryhausen. Did you ever see Jason and the Argonauts?

Oh, yes. As a kid I didn’t appreciate his work but now I do. For it to seem so old school, the effect is still scarier than extensive CGI done today.

. But aren't the Black Watch supposed to be Chaste? AS Chaste as Jon Snow...oh yeah.

When the wildling asked Jon about keeping his vows and Jon side-eyed the hell out of him I cracked up.

AS I recall, the Red Witch did name Robb Stark, the Cutest King in All the Known Lands and the Many Seas,

Who is committing his history to the pages. The ages should remember the One True Darling King.

as one of the Dead Kings that she was putting the Kibosh on. She must like Jon Snow's Pout and his Fiery disposition. Or his hair or his furs. Who knows? She is a strange one.

If she believes he’s a true Stark she perhaps think that he’s a danger to Stannis-that Jon wants the throne. But Jon’s not about that life. He’s about brooding and sulking, and mayonnaise hair treatments and more brooding.

Found the Honest Trailer for Game of Thrones:

Once they get past Mance Rayder the names do me in. It’s all “that dude who threw the kids out in the snow”, that great Maester who took care of Bran and Rickon”. There’s too many names to remember. I do remember Benjen “Never Where You Need Him” Stark.

Jorah told her about not being able to control dragons. This is why she needs to do some reading about her family history while she’s taking over lands. Her ancestors could control their dragons but because she and Viserys were born after dragons she’s clueless on how to deal with them. Which is why Bran deserves one. He'll mind meld them and turn into a useful Wonder Twin like he does with Hodor.
