Tuesday I set out on a simple 2 mile run as I was supposed to. Got about a mile and a half through, and had to walk the rest of the way. Saturday's workout kicked my butt so many ways, my hamstrings just locked up tight. Walking was rather awkward, not to mention I had to stand at work for hours at a time. That didn't help matters any.
So Wednesday I took a rest day and stretched and massaged and foam rolled my legs...
On Thursday, I did a easy 3-mile run with a couple GPs at the track, mainly because I was still reeling from my hamstrings locking up tight on Monday/Tuesday. Because they had eased off mostly, it was fairly good.
