Today was my last session with my trainer that I have been using since I joined 24 Hour Fitness to start up on this goal in January... she is the best trainer ever :) We went out to the track and we did 4-5 Gentle Pickups on the track. Not directly in line with the long run I'm supposed to be doing on Saturdays, but I can play with the program a little bit as I like... also stressed the warm-up process, stretching and so forth...
But I have a feeling I'm going to be hurting very soon :)
