You just gots to say what is on your mind..
Went to work today.. Got into the flow of things.. Took me sometime you can say.. I've been like working there.. Just Working sense last Wednesday with no break from that day is tougher then I thought.. I still have all this week also.. But not complaining I still am showing I will do what I can at the best of my abilities for them.. And I can see I'm getting good feedback.. Well I don't know about IVR's though Tom said I havent got a single one with my name on it.. Well from that I just think they forgot my name.. haha.. I've been really wanting to make this post all day.. However I didn't really know how to word it.. Something today happened that I exactly wanted to happen.. When I went to work today I clocked on and I started to do my regular routine.. I look at my next guest and it was some older person.. Then after that I said well have a good day.. Soon was the next person.. Got them taken care of.. Then out of no where.. Erin..(Someone Im just getting to know that I think is definate a friend to keep) Is standing right infront of me.. With her friend Claire..(which looked very very fumiluar to someone I've seen at cascade and also talked to) Haha I even said do I know you from somewhere?? I got talking to them which opened me up somemore and gave me that extra whoo haa for my day.. Did I remind you at first I was completely nervous when I first saw them.. I did well though ;/ Then some other guest came in my line so they moved for them to get there merch. up on the counter.. I soon finished with them.. Think YES I can talk again.. Haha yeah.. that didnt happened I had about 3 more guest before I even got a chance again to get talking.. But really showed me how well of a friend Erin really is if she would have stuck in there and wait tell I was done with whoever it was I was helping with to be able then again talk.. I just thought it was to funny when I heard about how Erin wasn't able to come in Toys R Us when she was younger cuz she would always ask and be I want this I want this no I want this.. Cuz I see those kids all the time in the store and mor how it is funny is the way the parents are acting.. They usually only get a small item or something like M&M Mini's.. But yes I thought it was the best thing ever to see a friend I know actually come into see me when I was about to dread my entire day.. And how much it can really change your mood.. I would say more but I think the way it is now is just how I want it :)
