amish friendship bread

so today we were in the grocery store and we walked by the jello and we were like, "oh, we have to get some pudding mix for the bread" and there was a woman standing by the jello who heard us and was like "are you girls making the amish bread, too?" and she was holding the instructions for the amish friendship bread.
if anyone wants some of this starter, please let me know. we now have a surplus.
also, i find it very difficult to believe that the amish use INSTANT pudding mix in their BREAD. but it is tasty anyway.
