Characters played: I had a bunch of character stories end last year so now I'm down to just Taiki a_peaceful_aura and Senri dainty_ofcourse . Hopefully soon I'll have a grumpy Latin America grandma up and running (waddling).
'Fandoms' or genres: By some accident I seem to have found myself in the manga/comic fandom -I blame it on having too much time on my hands during the winter months. Taiki and Senri are from Hanazakari no Kimitachi e and I have a whole library of NPCs for them to play with (really, it's ridiculous). Marvel, D.GM, myriad others, and branching away from comics I get into J-Doramas (facepalm). It really is a short circle. Usually my interests are in normal(ish?) characters in a normal verse but I can definitely geek out over some fantasy and sci-fi.
Preferred play / writing style: I am most comfortable in lj posts/threads but AIM/e-mail is groovy as well.
Looking for: Other characters to interact with my own -whether it be casual back and forth commenting or actual rp. I'm pretty friendly as well -though you might not know it with my hermit-empath and bitchy-diva muses :P.
About me: Depending on the time of year I'm either on the computer all day long (winter months) or a bit distant (summer months); I'll be up front about whether I have time to take on a full-blown rp or not. I am extremely laid back when it comes to character interaction and pretty much anything goes -real time/space, bendy time/space, amusing little one-shots that don't get included in character's real stories, etc and so on. I'll respect however you choose to play :)

Taiki is an extreme introvert. He can socialize; he just prefers not to. He's friendly and kind when wrangled into interacting with other characters but he usually doesn't seek out conversations himself. A few extra senses effect how Taiki views and interacts with the world -he's an empath, he can see/read auras, he has a "sixth sense", and he can see ghosts/spirits/supernatural beings. He is very tight-lipped about these abilities and his personal life -but bring up colorology, gemology, mythology, or folklore and he's on board. There's a bit of drama swirling about him right now and he's starting to crack a little; he's losing weight, becoming a bit of an emo-muffin, and is a bit on edge when his personal life is brought up. But true to form he'll stuff it all way down when interacting with other characters -especially strangers. Healthy!

Senri's a little punk. That's all there is to it. He's a diva through and through and he has the mood swings to match. The filter from his brain to his mouth tends to disappear and can be insanely offensive when provoked. He's a normal (well, as far as abilities and mortality go) 25 year old Japanese male with only a limited knowledge concerning the existence of supernatural beings. It is likely that he'll be skeptical if your character reveals extra abilities or anything... If it's turning your hair purple at will then he'll probably respond better than if you flash fangs or turn into a werewolf or something right in front of him. He's a big wimp when it comes to things like that and I imagine he'd freak the hell out -- a normal response from a mortal human.
