1. Who is your character's PB? Alexa Havins. Formerly a soap opera actress. She has small movie roles now.
2. Which came first, the character or the PB? The character. She was an infant, NPC child of a character I played in another game. I brought her teenage version in for a new game.
3. Why did you choose this particular PB? She has the look of what I wanted for the character. And she bears a good resemblance to the PB I used for her mother.
4. How close is the PB to your character? What are the differences, if any? She's perfect for the character. I'm really happy with the choice.
5. Have you modified the PB in any way to be more like your character? No. The pictures are unaltered.
6. Have you ever changed your character's PB / would you ever? Why, or why not? No. I really like this PB for the character. I haven't found one that would work better. My only real complaint is that it's so damn hard to find new material for icons.
7. Where did you find icons of your PB, or did you make them yourself? Some from
http://www.hollow-art.com/, some I made.
8. Is it important to have an appropriate PB for your character? Why or why not? Yes. I can't even finish an application for a character until I have the right PB. I have occasionally lost interest in playing characters whose PBs I had to "settle" on.
9. Have you ever been favorably/unfavorably predisposed towards a character because you liked or didn't like the PB choice? Yes. Especially if they are clearly the wrong age for the character or if it's a canon character who is being represented by someone completely contrary to the given, canon description. Or if it's an actor I personally can't stand (*cough* Nic Cage*cough*).
10. Have you ever had a character who was represented by text icons / no icon only because they were too difficult to find a PB for? No. I don't think I could play like that. A good PB adds too much to the RP.
