Voices
1. How distinctive is your character's voice? How did you develop it?
After I figure out their personality then I figure out how they talk. In Alexia's case she's rather soft spoken because she's such a shy "behind the scenes" person.
2. Does your character have a regional accent? How do depict this in text?
She talks very proper. Rarely ever uses slang. This is usually only shown if someone talks to her using some not so average slang term and she just kind of frowns like it's a foreign language.
4. Does your character tend to speak quietly, or loudly? Sharply, or melodically? In a monotone, or with dramatic flair?
She speaks quietly unless she's angry or trying to make her point.
5. Are there circumstances in which your character has difficulty speaking? Any speech impediments?
If she's nervous she tends to studder alot, go off topic, and tends to speak in almost a whisper.
6. Are there certain circumstances / or certain people to whom your character speaks that make that character's voice change?
Around friends she's alot more lively, so her voice is more lively as well.
7. What emotional circumstances make your character's voice change, and how does it change during those circumstances?
When angry, or when really excited it changes. Usually louder and more fast.
