Download Festival
I am so excited now! Going to make the drive to Download tomorrow! Gunna take the best part of 4 hours but I don't care.
Got the car almost packed, got everything planned for meetups.
I've not made any kind of concert plan, but no matter what on Friday I will be at the Zippo Encore stage at 13:50 to see Dir en grey though!
KORN's on main stage at 17:55 but until then I'll prolly just wander round.
The rest of the time will probably be me following my dad around haha! We both want to see The Hives though, and then when they've finished we can catch the last 30 mins or so of Iron Maiden. S'all good :)
We just managed to fit everything in the boot of the car (we may have gone overboard), but let nobody say we have not come prepared.
It's to be expected really, my dad's not been to any kind of concert or festival since I was born and I've never been to any kind of concert full stop haha. My dad remembers when Download was called 'Monsters of Rock'.
So, venting over :P Now I just have to find something to busy myself with for the next couple of hours ^^"
