The highlight of my day was having lunch with my sister Sue and our dear friend Sue!

I phoned Sue (my sister) about going to lunch and discovered that our friend Sue from The Dalles was visiting her! So I suggested we three go out, and that's exactly what we did.

Today was busy for me. I spent most of the day clearing out the various seasonal spaces. So far there are seven of these to deal with (totally aside from Chris and Alina's spaces -- and Stephanie has been moved over to where Alina was located ( Read more... )

I walked to Walgreens this morning to get hair color so I could do my hair today. So yesterday I got my cut and today my color! (woo hoo)

It's not DRY, yet. But I've taken a picture of it wet...

I'm feeling more than a little sad as I sit here typing this...

Today was the Memorial service for Mitch, Marilyn's and my best friend (and a close friend to sister Sue, as well). Obviously I've mentioned him a lot recently, so people already know about his passing -- and that we've been preparing for this day.
