I totally forgot to say...

We're getting our new furnace installed on December 12 and 13! (It takes a day to remove the old one and do the cleaning before they install the new one, I guess.) For the record, I was basically off line all day long yesterday. Qwest was having issues 'in all states' -- according to the recording I got to hear over and over (and over) again. (sigh)

As an aside, I can't get online this morning. Qwest is down 'in all states' (according to the recording). So I'm typing this up to post later when I'm connected again. By the way, it certainly seems like we've had a lot of issues with getting online via Qwest the last two months! (bah)
