The interview with Jensen from a French magazine found here is quite interesting in some ways. The questions are fairly personal, and he makes it sound as though he doesn't have a gf... Because he does, doesn't he? Or is he just being evasive?
He's also saying he's not ready to do an album - yet! He brings it up all by himself, so obviously it's something he's at least thought about. That would be pretty damn cool.
Also, considering how he keeps insisiting he only believes in what he can see and explain, how does that work with believing in god, which I'm supposing he does, considering his background?
Also, this part is intriguing. And whoever did the translation to English didn't get it completely right. He's not really saying Jared's shy too, not at all! This is how it goes in French:

Why do you think that supernatural themes are so popular at this moment?
I think that people have a need to believe that there is an after-life, and such things. Personally, I only believe in what I can see and I have never experienced anything that I haven't been able to explain. I'm a rational person, but it's true that since I've been in Supernatural, I've been surrounded by urban legends and that has had an influence on me. I keep an open mind. Just because I've never experienced it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Are you currently in love?
I'm a very shy person and I'm not particuarly fond of revealing such personal things. In this line of work, I know it's difficult to maintain a long term relationship, but I don't think I have much to fear, since my private life isn't very exiciting. I live a very normal life, like everybody else, and I rarely go out to parties. I'm afraid I'm not the ideal victim for gossip magazines!
What kind of girls do you like?
For me, a girl definitely needs to have a great sense of humour and appreciate my jokes. Ideally, she should understand the complexity of things [?? "le second et le troisième degré des choses"], while not being offended by black humour and sarcasm. I don't like girls who are affected, shallow and oversensitive as soon as you open your mouth. I want my girlfriend to also be my best friend, so we don't get argue over little things. I dream of meeting such a girl and I hope that it'll happen one day... but it's not what is foremost on my mind at this moment.

I work so intensely with Supernatural that I can't devote enough time on a girl for a relationship to work out. When you have a girlfriend, you need to spend time with her, and I can't do that at the moment. We're lucky that Supernatural will continue with a third season and I plan on devoting myself even more to make this season even better than the previous ones. I don't like doing things halfway and right now, my work comes first. But who knows what life has in store for us next?
So you don't have time for anything outside of Supernatural?
Well, it does happen, from time to time [smiles]. I love playing the guitar and to sing with one of my friends who's a real musician. It's very relaxing and they are great moments. I'm not ready to make an album of my own yet, but I'm enjoying myself and that's good enough.
