Ok, WAY TO CALL MY BLUFF!
I appreciate the phone call. I also appreciate your directness. I totally do. I think it is so cool the way you asked me straight out if I would take the job if I were offered it, because I appreciate that kind of interation. I don't play games, either. It also gave me the chance to reitereate that I am needing to match my salary here at the court in order to make this change.
But now I am FREAKING OUT!!!! OMG LEAVING THE COURT OMG!!! BUt ok.. I am breathing, because I am trusting that everything happens for a reason adn that whatever happens will be for the best and so on and so forth and blah blah blah.
Anyway, I further appreciate you telling me that you would get back with me today about the pay.
