Artless

 I went downtown to First Friday on Friday (who'd have thunk?) and walked the galleries.  It's probably been 2 years since I've done that (Fridays are awkward) but it didn't seem like much had changed, at least not at Artspace.  Fun enough, mind, but just enough to whet my appetite.  So herself and I went out to the NCMA Sunday, where we were both disappointed.  Simple bad luck, I suppose.  Usually their brunches are a great deal, but his time my food was "meh" (tho filling) and they are between exhibits, so there was really nothing new at all.
Looks like there will be a couple new exhibits come the end of August.
