Yay me! 1475 words written connecting the Trinity and World Environment Day. Worked for three and a half hours (with interruption from local seeking food*) and did it.

And again, yay me! Now is time for coffee and the Saturday papers.

Today is Saturday. That means that I have less than 24 hours (in fact, I have exactly 21 hours) in which to write a sermon. And yet here I sit, reading fanfic. This is not good. There is no way in which reading fanfic can be construed as researching my sermon.

Draft of next Sunday's sermon written and it's only Monday night! Yay me! (Okay, distinct lack of humility there, I admit.)

I'm going to a three-day ministry conference at which I've signed up for the "preaching workshop". Seriously, a group of us are going to stand around and preach to each other and then be critiqued. So I wanted a draft to take. ( Read more... )
