After watching Glee last night I seriously want to ignore chronology and write a Glee/SPN crossover in which Sam Winchester protects Kurt Hummel from bullying.

If I get through Sunday's service and after-church meeting intact it might happen.

My copy of Blood Brothers 3 just arrived in the mail. Lots of fanficcy goodness by some of my favourite writers! But I MUST write a sermon and make numerous phonecalls today. I must NOT spend the day curled up in a patch of sunlight with a coffee and my new zine.

(Although maybe I can schedule an hour of that in the afternoon?)

I'm currently reading Maps and Legends: Reading and Writing along the Borderlands by Michael Chabon (and if you, like me, read comics and haven't yet read his Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay, drop everything and get a copy). Okay, I've been surfing the net looking for places to buy women's clerical shirts; clerical blouses, I guess. And the whole thing is hilarious. One store, J and M Sewing Service, (clerical robes by appointment to Her Majesty!) has named all their shirts. So, I think  I submitted the Supernatural essay. At least, the email didn't bounce back to me. I woke up in the middle of the night realising that there'd also been no acknowledgment of its arrival and I have no idea whether the thing made it.
