[Yeah. It's audio for once. She's only slightly paranoid people are still affected by yesterday's curse and will want to seek her out. Silly, right?]

So. Yesterday certainly was something, wasn't it? Made some interesting new friends. [Pause.] I don't know that I want to meet new people like that again. I prefer my introductions significantly less

[ He's cradling a cup of coffee on the way back from a night shift when he spots her. ] Hey kid.

[She glances up at Bucky, smiling slightly. It might have been another night where she couldn't sleep. She looks just a bit tired and has a bottle of soda sitting nearby.] How was work?

Quiet. [ Scrubbing a hand through his hair and taking a sip of the coffee. ] How're y'keepin'?

Fairly okay. [She grins, holding up the book.] I found a book on different old fashioned soda recipes, some of which date back to the nineteen thirties.

I'd hope most people would prefer that.

I'd hope so, too.

[Charlie's not the biggest fan of too much physical contact from most and while yesterday had it's element of fun, it was also wildly uncomfortable with her. How she didn't reduce random strangers to ash after a while is probably a mystery.]

I'm fine. That curse was...uncomfortable.

[ Sometimes humiliating or awkward. ]

But there've been worse ones.

[ All in all, Ariadne sounds much happier than she did the last time she and Charlie spoke (and got ridiculously drunk). ]

It was actually surprisingly pleasant, once you got past the whole kissing people thing.

There are some damn good kissers out there. A couple biters which wasn't nearly as fun. But still.

Oof. I didn't get any biters. I did get a pterosaur, though. That was... new.

[Give her a minute, Buffy. She's laughing.] It was a pretty awesome day, for the most part. Except for the one guy that bit me. That wasn't so awesome. [She shrugs.] Kissed my best guy friend, though. It was a bit weird.

No. Lip bite. If they'd gone for the neck, I'd have probably torched them. This guy was just an over-eager kisser.

My friend, Bucky. I consider him family. And, no. It's not awkward now. We both new it was a curse.

[ Aang is outside and spots Charlie's long red locks instantly. He makes a shushing motion at Appa and Momo before sneaking up behind her bench on his tip toes. If he wants to, he can be very stealthy.

Once he's behind the bench he blows air into her hair and past her ear, leaping into a tree the next moment. ]

[Charlie jumps slightly, flailing fingers through her hair for a moment as she looks around for the perpetrator. She doesn't spot Aang right away. It takes her a moment to notice him in a tree and she laughs, shaking her head slightly.]

Was that you?

[ He beams before landing in front of her, letting the air guide him down nicely. ] I guess it was kinda mean considering everything that was happening yesterday. Not that I was affected. [ He wasn't. ]

[She grins at him in return.] That was hardly mean at all. It was funny. How are you, Aang?
