I got my ticket in the mail. The print was quite smudged and I was worried about its conditon. When I got to the gate, I was right, the ticket would not scan. With no real ado or worry I was taken to the guest services, where I was quickly assisted by Katie. She was apologetic and took care of the situation with no problem at all. She even upgraded
