I’m writing this because I want you to all know that I am angry
In fact I am beyond angry…
Not only this but I’m extremely disappointed
Don’t you understand? We are all children of God, brothers and sisters in Christ
But we are not acting like it at all
We are rude to one another, and not to mention we gossip behind our backs and make wrong assumptions
We’re called to a high standard, to be like Christ so why aren’t we?
What are these petty stubborn arguments for?
Satan is trying to break us down and we are allowing him too
Instead of loving one another and being gentle, patient, kind, joyful, and forgiving no matter what one of our brothers or sisters does to us we are being hateful and evil and unforgiving and impatient.
I don’t understand
It’s rather disgusting and disturbing
We’re so used to our comfort zones and are never confronted
We no longer branch out beyond our close knit groups of friends
We no longer share Christ with others
We have no joy, no peace….what are the fruits of the spirit anyway?
If we really loved God and were really seeking Him we wouldn’t have these problems…
Pray that you will no longer put yourself first but instead you will put God first, then others, then yourselves. And know that God has called you to a higher standard than what you are living.
By the way I am guilty of this as well so I hope you don’t find this condescending.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me-put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
