It's below freezing here in Baja Jorja.  The house may be toasty, and my knees aren't hurting.  (Not that I can't fix that.)  If the weather is like this (or the other extreme), I'll be totally in a hotel for Gulf Wars.  Not my idea of "camping", but better than being dehydrated.  I just wish I could get a schedule going so I can get garb and stuff

My nocturnal self was awoken at 8am this morning, by a rep from one of my credit cards wanting payment.  I've been having problems with dropped payments since Quicken auto-updated to the latest version, and won't let me downgrade.  I'm still recovering from that and trying to get things closer to how it used to be.

Seriously...I've had a great three days - got up at reasonable times and in bed at semi-reasonable times. Minimal side effects since I got meds for my ulcerated mouth on Tuesday. I appear to be maintaining my weight - on the low end of the scale. I'm just not hungry very much ( Read more... )

Time does fly. Then again, 2 1/2 weeks isn't really that long. But I'm done with radiation treatment. Now I settle into a 2 week cycle - chemo-oncologist visit, radiation oncologist visit, then back to chemo-onc. The chemo-onc is a monthly thing for a while. I need a monthly injection of Lupron to keep my ovaries firmly in the "off" position ( Read more... )
