So, I'm a moron.
Today at work I was making a Philly cheesesteak(like I do), and put ,y hand down on the burners next to th grill that are never on. Except they were on. So I melted my glove off of my hand and got a second degree burn on my palm.
After an oh-so pleasant visit to the urgent care center, I now have my hand wrapped up tight and have been prescribed Tylenol with codeine. I feel like a royal dumbass.
By the way, any of you who didn't make it out to the Syrens of the South show on Saturday night seriously missed out. That was some of the best burlesque I've ever seen. MAJOR ups to Lydia and Katya for putting that together. Can't wait for the next show!
