Awaken

[To be honest, he was going to attempt to say something else within the dream, but it seemed the sun had broken at just the right time to awaken him.  The truth was, almost everything about the dream made sense, but there were pieces that missed the mark entirely, ones that he had trouble explaining until the end when he was cut off, but now, wide awake, understood.]

[His presence was an intricate part of the Lower Domain.  Without it,  there were too many things that would have changed, for the worse, and he was aware of it.  He was also aware that, at some point his presence would not be needed, and that it was this the dream had played on, using some of his subconscious thoughts against him.  Yet erasing him completely from all that had come before would have been useless.  Or at least he was pretty sure of this fact.]

[Still, chaos moved out of bed quietly, heading downstairs to get something to eat, when the TV flicked on.  He watched it, listened quietly, and found that he was slightly confused.  He hadn't disappeared, so what was Mayfield up to now?  And what did they mean replacements?  Wouldn't people know that the one they were looking at was real?  Or, did Mayfield have something else in mind?]

[Grabbing something small to eat, chaos went back up stairs to change before leaving the house.]
Today chaos can be found doing a few things.

A.  If you know chaos, and he has an idea where you live, expect a visit.  He's very curious to see if anything, other than the power situation, has actually changed, and the easiest way to do that?  Find people he knew.  Besides, there were one or two of them on the TV's list that he knew.

B.  chaos has found his way down to his favorite haunt, the park, and is busy staring at the tree.  He seems lost in thought, probably debating his next move or perhaps debating the tree itself.  With everyone treating him as if he really is replaced, there's a lot to consider.
