Time for an update!
Life: Erin and I are moving! Indeed, four days from now, we shall be getting the keys to a deliciously awesome three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment located outside of the city limits. It's a major upgrade in every aspect of the word, and I'm starting to get overly giddy about the idea of getting there. This move cannot happen soon enough. Seriously.
Job hunt still continues. Looking for something far more tech oriented. I'll probably be checking the poster boards at ITT tomorrow to see what they have available - at this point, I'm much more concerned with having a paycheck.
On a bit of a downer, I'm kinda bummed that I haven't made any friends in the two years that we've lived here. Hopefully, I'll be fixing that quite a bit after we get the hell out of this place - I've always gotten a bit jealous when Erin has company, so I'll have to find some people with common interests and go from there.
CoH: In a move that I will still call "realy stupid", some poor sods decided to give me the big shiny leadership star in the supergroup that Erin and I are in. Maaaaan, is that kinda nerve-wracking. I've got no intention of fucking up a good thing, and I *KNOW* I can handle it. It's just one of those things of, "... whoa."
In addition, I went back and deleted my only level 50 - I simply never played him. A few folks have commented that I am, and I quote, "completely retarded", considering it was one of the more capable debuff-style selections in the game; however, when I haven't played them since they got to level 50, it's a bit pointless to keep them.
Speaking of Dave, someone else in the Silver Guard decided to give my main some art - check it out.
