my punishment
i decided to punish myself today and go to training
at 8-something, i left my house (it was before 8:30!) and i was expecting to get there just in time, but NO, the traffic in front of camp aguinaldo was so frustrating i wanted to push all the cars out of my way
so, i arrived in ateneo at around 8:40-something, and lo and behold, i saw the team already jogging. i screamed and quickly put on my running shoes. i dropped my things off at the mac and chased after them (still in my car) and got off when they were within a few feet away from me. we ended up jogging till moro and back to the mac. damn. that was fun. it felt really good to sweat after pigging out the day before. the most torturous (is that even a word?) part was when coach jobet came after us on a bicycle and kept telling us to go faster!
so, when we got back to the mac, i drank and i thought the jogging was the least of my worries. i'd have gladly jogged around ateneo how many times and still love it comparing it to the stamina training of coach igor. damn. i wanted to die!!! every time i'd find myself on the floor, sweat would find its way to drip on the floor. hahaha. i know i'm really out of shape. i couldn't even lift my knees high enough to call it a "high knee". but it's not like i wanted to give up either
after training, i changed and put on my jacket and i felt so chilly! gah! i hope i won't get sick, but grrr... i was really chilly. even when we were all just telling jokes in the cafeteria beside the mac, i was still really cold. when i was in my car, i got colder
all in all, this is the first day i actually felt the break. it's been workworkworkworkwork. and when i'm not working, i'm thinking of work! ugh. just a few more months. just a few more months. that's the only thing keeping me going right now
i'm sure i burned all that i ate from yesterday. you should have seen my shirt. it was dark blue, but the upper part was even darker by the end of training. you could see an outline. hahahaha. oh well.
my body hurts now. especially my left ankle. but i miss the pain. oh yeah. i'm crazy
hen, i spent almost half the day playing tales of the abyss (with me as tear!) with my brothers and cousin. oh yes, that was heaven
