sometimes i wonder if society has pulled a fast one on us. observe the behavior of dogs. the only apparant meaning that any object in the world has to them is in direct relation to that object's potential to provide some kind of pleasure, be it food or to be let out or petting or company. the way that organisms are designed ensures only that we reproduce- food ensures that we live long enough to mate, without company there are no potential mates and thus life, according to the hypothalamus, is meaningless. it's amazing that humans can get up at ass hours of the morning and drag themselves to often mind-numbing work where they spend a large percentage of their lives. it must indicate that whatever pleasures are available to us make up for it. i find myself asking why i hate college so much; besides the fact that i'm 100% against the status quo of our school system. actually that's pretty much it. i think i just wanna join the navy or something, but that's if i can get in. i'm definately not "almost too fat" anymore. still fatter than most but less so now. man i dont' know damn it. i can trick myself into enjoying work but not school.

i still search for shrooms. by the way sleep deprivation is more powerful than some drugs. i've been seeing things today but not good things. can't wait to hit the big sack.
