Am I being too picky or is it the manager's fault?

So, for the last few weeks, I've been receiving emails from this NYU Orchestra manager. I was quite disturbed by her emails though. Her mass emails to the class is always in cap-lock, and she adjust her font to 20-34. Here is an example: (I copied and paste the actual email here)

REHEARSAL:

MON., OCT. 3, 2 - 5PM, SKIRBALL CENTER

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

2:00 - 2:45 FILM SCORE

2:45 - 4:00 CANDIDE AND BEETHOVEN WITH CHOIR (NO SOLOISTS)

4:00 - 5:00 LISZT WITH MR. HALIM

NO FOOD AT
REHEARSAL.  DR. CHURCH IS NOT PLEASED TO THROW A DOWNBEAT AND SEE
MEMBERS OF THE ORCHESTRA WITH THEIR HANDS IN A FEED BAG!  ALSO, IT IS
NOT THE JOB OF THE STAGE CREW TO CLEAN UP YOUR TRASH LEFT BEHIND.  NO
EATING DURING REHEARSAL AND DEFINITELY NO FOOD ON THE STAGE OF SKIRBALL
AND LOEWE.  PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO BE ON TIME FOR REHEARSAL, AND PLEASE
DO NOT LEAVE REHEARSAL UNLESS IT IS ON BREAK.

Personally I think she is very rude. The point of capping a word or phrase is to enforce that particular word/sentence. Her intention might want to use the cap letters to catch our eyes. But capping the whole email and enlarging the font to the extreme degree just defeat the whole purpose of capitalizing words. If her computer's cap-lock button is not working, she should at least tell us and fix it. The email now looks like a spam or some un-civilized person trying to yell at someone. Most of the orchestra memebers didn't do anything wrong. Why would she want to write in this bizzare way? I've used emails for more than 10 years, and I never come across these kinds of rude emailing method. None of my other professors email me in all cap-locks, none of my friends did this, and none of my boss/manager did this. Even when my boss want to tell me something wrong, she would explain my error in details, not in cap-lock and yelled at me. Only little kids playing online games would occationally use cap-lock sentences to yell at people in-game.

This is an email, a form of human communication in the 21st century. We should respect each other. If she wants people to respect her, she should do the same to others. She, as an adult professor and the orchestra manager, should be a role-model for the student-musicians. Typing up these kinds of emails in caps on a weekly basis, as if she is YELLING to each orchestra member is just beyond disgusting. We are not her slaves or dogs to be yelled at in this manner. I am deeply disturbed and embarrased by her action.

Am I just being picky or is it her fault to send mass-emails in this way?
