As always, my black dove is brilliant at selecting vacation accommodations. Vonu Point has proven to be exquisitely relaxing thus far. Sierra and I have enjoyed an afternoon in the sun, a delicious dinner and a moonlit walk on the beach. I believe she was right; a vacation was exactly what we needed.
I quite enjoyed the apocalpyse, to be sure. In spite of my still-unresolved dilemma of being unable to personally wreak vengeance -- which I believe Astraeia to be responsible for, although I have not figured out precisely how -- I had no difficulty with observing chaos, bloodshed and mayhem. It was the only thing that has made the past few weeks bearable. However, the apocalypse has ended, and a bit of relaxation is in order. Anything to have a break from the reams of paperwork my position has called for lately.
Thus, I have decided to put everything out of my mind while we're here except for my lovely lady. She makes that quite easy to do; she is so delightfully naughty.
