So today I read Cosmopolitan from front cover to back. No mascara ad was left ungrazed, no pregnant ex-celebrity forgotten. Half of the articles were about how to please "him", and the other half were self improvment on how to please yourself. You know the type, tips on how to have better eyebrows and shinnier hair and be slimmer and more toned and happier. And always, always for teh love of god, full of anti-oxidants.
Self-improvment seems like a natural hobby since I've read about it/scene it/herad about it all my life, but it's actually a new phenomenea.I know, i was suprised too, but its stright from the mouth of the cornell phd professor who wrote that book on american girls.
Hopefully, its just a fad,a trend, a phase, because its annoying as hell to learn to never be satisfied.
