My husband seems to be taking his new-found freedom from work as an excuse to peruse The Bread Bible for interesting recipes.  Tonight:  homemade pizza.  Tomorrow night:  dinner rolls.  Soon:  prosciutto bread (and probably more pizza because that was really good).

I, for one, am not complaining :-)
