DC natives
There has been a beaten up white van out in the street in front of my apt. since I arrived here June 20th. Every monday it gets a parking ticket (street cleaners) and it hasn't moved one inch. I'm thinking its abadoned, or the like. Who do I call? I'm thinking there is probably a specific number for such things. Anyone have any idea? I'm not trying to be an asshole, but parking on the street with all this construction and other shit is really sparse, the van takes up 1.5 regular sized car parking spots, and its right smack at my front door...so everyday I go out or have to park on another block I'm reminded that some fuck has dumped their piece of crap in my front yard (or had it stolen and dumped).
