I think the Juvenial Owls are trying to make a liar out of me. Well.. out of us. B and I have both been telling people that the owls, while very cute and awesome in every way, keep us up at night with their new found hobby of screeching in the yard for dinner 9well I guess to an owl that might be breakfast). Well, this weekend my parents came up and guess what? We heard the owls faintly in the distant woods but... they didn't even come to the yard! So now my parents probably think that we've been exagerating.
Right outside my window I can hear these funny creatures exercising their vocal coards... Loudly! I may be able to sleep because i am terribly tired. but.. man they are loud! Mommy will you PLEASE feed your kids!
