I jogged 4 miles this morning.
If you had told me a few months ago that I'd jog even half a mile, I'd have laughed. But with challenges and support from friends getting out and racking up mileage running and walking, it's been easier than I thought it would be.
If I wanted to, I could have jogged 5 miles this morning, but didn't want to push it just 6 days before the 5K.
I did 3.1 miles last weekend and 4 this morning.
Yesterday I did some walking in the sun that would have wiped me out just months ago.
It's been a damn nice weekend, and I can't wait for Saturday's race!
